What your purchase includes.

Terms version: October 20, 2026 (revision 2). These terms describe direct purchases from Vexona. Purchases made through another marketplace follow that marketplace's purchase and support terms.

Pay once

Grace Church Video and Audiobook to Video are each $30 USD before any applicable tax. Checkout shows the total before you pay. These purchases do not create a subscription or automatic renewal.

Grace Church Video

Your purchase includes the theme package and updates that Vexona releases for this theme. Six months of product support are included from the purchase date. Hosting, custom design, installation services, and third-party paid services are not included. The included package's software license continues to apply.

Audiobook to Video

Your purchase includes version 1 and all 1.x updates that Vexona releases. You can continue using eligible versions on compatible computers. Future major versions may be offered as optional paid upgrades; they will not be installed as an unpaid upgrade. Six months of product support are included.

Each serial code covers two computers. Internet access is required to activate a computer; afterward, your purchased version works offline without a recurring license deadline. Deactivate a computer in the app or in My purchases to move your license. A deactivated, refunded, or suspended license is checked when the app reconnects. Included updates are downloaded from My purchases.

If a paid major upgrade is released within 90 days of your initial Audiobook to Video purchase, contact purchase support for a complimentary upgrade to that release.

Downloads and your account

Sign in to the Vexona account used at checkout to find your downloads, license key, and receipt. Available platforms are shown before purchase. Keep a backup of your installer and license key. Update and compatibility support depend on the product's maintained releases; a one-time purchase is not a promise of development forever.

Support and refunds

Contact purchase support if you cannot download a paid product, were charged twice, or the product does not work as described. Include your order reference and a description of the issue, but never send passwords or payment-card details. Refund requests are reviewed individually. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law are unaffected.

Support expiration does not disable your purchased software or website. Refunded purchases lose access to the associated Vexona downloads and license. Payment disputes may temporarily pause download access while reviewed.
