Privacy, passwords and remote services

The Content Assistant's Generate button inserts a selected summary into the editor and saves selected discussion questions, scripture references, SEO fields and chapters through separate requests. Review your selections before generating; save/update the post to publish editor-body changes. The separate SEO Optimizer presents suggestions and requires Apply to Post. YouTube channel updates remain separate explicit actions. AI text, identities and citations require human review.

Invalid or incomplete AI responses are rejected rather than replacing content. If storage fails after another field has already saved, the error lists completed fields; this is not an all-or-nothing transaction. Review the sermon before retrying. Generated PNG, JPEG and WebP images are checked against their actual image headers and limited to 10 MB. Provider access and model availability must still be tested with your own account.

Protected sermon pages require the WordPress password before Grace renders their media and metadata. Protected sermons are excluded from public cards, feeds, discovery queries and view tracking. A WordPress post password does not secure the underlying Media Library file URL or a public YouTube video; use authenticated/private media hosting for genuinely confidential recordings.

No remote font, icon or vendor-library download is required for core presentation. Optional features can contact third parties: YouTube playback/thumbnails/imports/statistics and channel updates; configured giving providers and map embeds; configured cloud storage for media uploads; and the selected AI service for requested assistance or generated content. Third-party fees, availability and privacy policies apply. Configure only the services you intend to use and disclose them in your site's privacy policy.

AI tools send the relevant prompt, sermon text, transcript or selected image/reference to the configured provider. Do not send confidential pastoral information. API keys remain server-side. YouTube channel changes require administrator channel permission plus permission to edit the sermon whose saved video matches the requested update. Reconnect YouTube through Settings > Sermon AI Tools if OAuth state expires; never share callback links. Guided tours and their voice recordings are not included.

Public play counts are approximate aggregate metrics, not fraud-proof analytics. Configure Sermons > View Tracking explicitly; every metric is off by default. Provider statistics are cached and scheduled instead of requested during every page render.

Search is local in your browser; no question is sent to an AI or search service. Optional checklist ticks stay in local browser storage and can be reset. Screenshot viewing uses ordinary HTTPS image requests to Vexona; the preview images are not shipped as customer assets. No purchase key is required to read the guide.
